We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective items within 30 days of shipment. Our process is designed to be as transparent and sustainable as the clothes we make.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Method
Select between a refund to your original payment method or a store credit, then choose to print a shipping label or use a QR code for a printerless drop-off.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in the original reusable mailer or any secure box and drop it off at a designated Happy Returns Bar or FedEx location.
Receive Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected at our distribution center, we will process your refund or store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
